Driver Incapacity Procedure

For The Attention Of Passengers

The driver has been trained in emergency procedures and will take the appropriate actions if an incident occurs.

If the driver is incapacitated as a result of the incident, please contact one of those named in this section in the Drivers' Information folder kept in the bus..

In the event of an incident please refer to the “Emergency Information and Procedures” section in the Drivers' Information folder kept in the bus.

Please be prepared to give:

A clear statement of the problem.
Your location.
The number of passengers on board, whether any of them are disabled and the nature of their disability.
A mobile or other telephone number where you can be contacted.
