Criteria and Targets

The Association’s 3 prime objects are given in the Section 5 (Community Links).
The following 5 performance criteria are based on these 3 objects.
- To provide a transport service for the benefit of people living in Congresbury and the surrounding area.
- To provide transport for those with specific needs because of age, mental or physical impairment, poverty or social isolation.
- To assist local charitable organisations that help such persons listed in (2).
- To provide a door-to-door social transport service that is not available through public transport, at economic cost.
- To seek donations from relevant bodies and individuals to support the above.
The following 12 specific targets address the above 5 performance criteria:
Criteria 1
- To continue to provide a minibus, properly maintained and serviced.

Criteria 5

- To raise the required capital, by December 2011, to meet the cost of replacing Bluey II. The required capital is estimated to be £4,000 per annum for the 8 years, plus the resale value of Bluey II.
