	Criteria and Targets ÅBack The Association’s 3 prime objects are given in the Section 5 (Community Links). The following 5 performance criteria are based on these 3 objects. To provide a transport service for the benefit of people living in Congresbury and the surrounding area. To provide transport for those with specific needs because of age, mental or physical impairment, poverty or social isolation. To assist local charitable organisations that help such persons listed in (2). To provide a door-to-door social transport service that is not available through public transport, at economic cost. To seek donations from relevant bodies and individuals to support the above.
